Patient Admission Center representatives are available by calling 800-521-5539, option 2; Monday through Friday 8am to 6 pm and Saturday, Sunday and holidays 8am to 4:30pm.
 

To Contact Us About a Concern

To report compliance concerns, you can use our anonymous hotline at 800-521-5539 or via email at compliance@vnacare.org. Through this hotline and email, individuals can report a concern or seek guidance about compliance questions 24 hours a day, seven days a week. All reports can be made anonymously and without worry of retaliation or intimidation.
