Keep Well & Blood Pressure Clinics

VNA Care is working with our community partners to re-introduce free Keep Well and Blood Pressure Clinics. Be sure to check back for new clinics.

Keep Well clinics are free and open to residents age 60 and over. Run by community health nurses from VNA Care, services include health assessments (blood pressure, blood sugar, and weight monitoring; cardiopulmonary assessments, etc.), teaching (medication, diet, disease management, preventive health, etc.), and referrals to community resources. Please note that some locations offer blood pressure screenings only, which are open to people of all ages. Clinics are funded in part by local boards of health and charitable foundations, Topsfield-Boxford Community Club, client donations, and VNA Care.

Clinic times and locations are subject to change. Contact VNA Care’s Wellness Director at 508-713-2484 with any questions.
