Falls Prevention Screenings & Talks

One in three adults over age 65 falls each year. Seniors can learn how to reduce their risk and be safe at home with VNA Care’s fall prevention programs.
Fewer Falls, Safer Seniors is an open series that combines talks, screenings, and exercise to help seniors stay healthy. Seniors who attend all sessions will be entered into a raffle for an American Express gift card and other prizes. Participants may also be eligible to receive a free home safety assessment by a physical therapist. Fewer Falls, Safer Seniors is made possible by a grant from the Tufts Health Plan Foundation.
