Community Wellness At VNA Care, our mission goes beyond caring for patients at home; we are also committed to maintaining a healthy community. VNA Care offers numerous clinics and support groups to promote the health, safety, and mental well-being to residents all over Massachusetts. Services are supported in part by donations and grants from individuals and organizations. Through the Wellness Program, we have forged partnerships with local Department of Public Health offices, elder care facilities, and nursing homes to bring added preventative health services to local residents. Contact the Wellness Program at (888) 663-3688, ext. 5603 for more information or if you would like to set up a clinic.
