Jordan E. Raddish Appointed Chief Quality and Compliance Officer

VNA Care, the largest independent provider of home health, hospice, and palliative care services in Massachusetts, has named Jordan E. Raddish, RN, BSN, as Chief Quality and Compliance Officer.

Raddish brings more than 18 years of experience in clinical leadership, specializing in quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and risk management across the continuum of home-based health care. Her background includes launching new service lines and advancing care quality through data-driven, patient-centered strategies.

In her new role at VNA Care, Raddish will lead the nonprofit’s quality and compliance programs across home health, hospice, palliative care, and private duty services in Eastern and Central Massachusetts. She will collaborate closely with executive leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives that enhance organizational performance and support high-quality care delivery across VNA Care’s service area.

Raddish is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and holds a bachelor of science in nursing from Walsh University. She is currently pursuing a master’s in health administration.
