VNA Care’s Hospice Achieves Four-Star Rating The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) recently awarded VNA Care’s hospice four stars for exceptional care based on patient and family surveys. “The needs of patients and their loved ones drive everything we do,” said Aaron Langlois, RN, CHPN, MBA, vice president of hospice and palliative care. “I’m incredibly proud of our clinicians, staff, and volunteers for their dedication to promoting the dignity and quality of life of people on the end-of-life journey. We’re also indebted to our donors and supporters for making this vital care possible.” In addition to the four-star rating, VNA Care’s hospice also achieved a perfect 10 out of 10 on CMS’s hospice quality index score, outperforming both state and national averages.
