Falls Prevention Screenings & Talks

One in three adults over age 65 falls each year. Seniors can learn how to reduce their risk and be safe at home with VNA Care’s fall prevention programs.

Fewer Falls, Safer Seniors is an open series that combines talks, screenings, and exercise to help seniors stay healthy.
