Bereavement Support Groups ADULT SUPPORT GROUPSSupport groups provide a place to express feelings, share experiences, and to begin the process of moving forward with grief. NEEDHAMSupport group meets from 1 to 3 p.m. on alternate Thursdays at the Stanley R. Tippett Home, 920 South St., Needham. WORCESTERTwo bereavement support groups meet at VNA Care, 120 Thomas St., Worcester. The daytime group meets from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. on the second Tuesday of each month. The evening group meets from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. on the third Tuesday of the month. NORWOODOn-going Support group meets weekly from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm on Tuesdays at Dedham Medical Associates, 1177 Providence Highway (Rte 1 South), Norwood, MA 02062 in Room 2A. The group is open to adults who are coping with the loss of a friend or family member due to death regardless of when the death occurred. Caregiver Support Group is a daytime group that meets 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm every other Tuesday at Dedham Medical Associates, 1177 Providence Highway (Rte 1 South), Norwood, MA 02062 in Room 2A. QUINCYOn-going Support group meets from 12:00 to 1:30 p.m. on alternate Wednesdays at the Christ Church, 12 Quincy St., Quincy. The group is open to adults who are coping with the loss of a loved one due to death. BROOKLINEOn-going Support group meets from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on alternate Thursdays at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church (Lichtenberger Room), 15 St. Paul Street, Brookline, MA 02446. GLOUCESTERTwo bereavement support groups meet at Rose Baker Senior Center, 6 Manual F. Lewis Street (next to Dunkin Donuts on Rogers Street) Gloucester, MA 01930. The on -going daytime group meets from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. on the 1st & 3rd Tuesday of each month. The on-going evening group meets from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on the 2nd & 4th Tuesday of each month.
